The service

FrontDeskAnswers provides an AI-powered phone answering service for businesses: it answers calls on a business's phone line, assists callers (appointments, orders, questions), and delivers operational notifications to the business. Service is provided under a monthly agreement between FrontDeskAnswers and the business client.

SMS messaging program — FrontDeskAnswers Notifications

Program name: FrontDeskAnswers Notifications

Program description: Operational text messages related to calls answered by the service — post-call summaries and account alerts sent to business owners, and one-time confirmations (e.g., an appointment or order confirmation) sent to callers who request them during a call.

Acceptable use

Clients agree to provide accurate business information, to use the service lawfully, and not to use it for marketing blasts, robocalling, or any prohibited messaging content.

Service & billing

Service is billed as a monthly retainer (plus any agreed setup fee). Either party may cancel with notice; no long-term contract is required unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided "as is." While we strive for high availability and accuracy, FrontDeskAnswers does not guarantee uninterrupted service or perfect transcription, and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the prior month of service.
